The end of PSTN line is in sight

We are in the process of transitioning all our customers from the traditional analog Public Switched Telephone Network (PSTN) to a fully digital network. This transition has already begun, and our goal is to complete it before Openreach discontinues the PSTN (and ISDN) services in 2025. By that time, every phone line in the UK will be operating digitally, utilizing Internet Protocol (IP) for call routing, as opposed to the conventional PSTN.
